Barbara Alderson

I ’ve practiced and studied tai chi since 1994 and taught since 2000. I teach at our annual Lui Cloud Hand Tai Chi Friends Reunions, and teach classes for seniors year round through the Chico Area Recreation District. My emphasis is on the joy and harmony we gain through tai chi movement.
